WRIGGZ — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of our online services for WRIGGZ — your game account, your progression and statistics, your in-game currency and items, and matchmaking.

1. What these terms cover

By playing the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not play.

These are not the purchase terms. WRIGGZ is distributed through the Epic Games Store, and purchases, refunds and payment are governed by Epic's own Store terms and end user licence agreement. Where these terms and Epic's conflict on anything to do with buying, Epic's govern.

2. Your account

• Your Game account is created automatically from your Epic account the first time you sign in. You do not choose a password with us and we never see your Epic credentials.
• The account is personal to you. Do not share it, sell it, buy one, or let anyone else play on it.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Cheat. No aimbots, wallhacks, memory editing, packet manipulation, macros that play for you, or anything else that gives you an advantage the game does not give other players.
• Exploit bugs for advantage — currency, items, progression or match outcomes. Report them instead.
• Attack the service. No attempts to overload, probe, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our servers, matchmaking or backend.
• Abuse other players. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or deliberately ruining matches (throwing, griefing, repeated abandonment).
• Automate account creation or run multiple accounts to manipulate matchmaking or ratings.
• Sell or trade accounts, in-game currency or items outside the Game.

4. In-game currency and items

• In-game currency and items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are a limited licence to use them inside the Game — not property you own.
• They are cosmetic. They do not affect gameplay balance, and we intend to keep it that way.
• We may add, change, retire or re-price items. We will not remove something you have already bought from your account except as described in section 6.
• Currency and items are not transferable between accounts.

5. Fair play, matchmaking and ratings

• Matchmaking, teams, match results, ratings, progression and currency are decided and recorded by our servers. Your game client's copy is a display of our record, and where they differ ours is authoritative.
• We may adjust or reset ratings, statistics, currency or items where we find they resulted from cheating, an exploit, or a fault of ours.
• Reporting another player. After a match you can report someone for cheating, abuse or deliberately ruining the game. Reports are recorded on our servers and used to investigate conduct and decide enforcement — see section 5 of the Privacy Policy for exactly what a report records and how long we keep it. We do not tell the reported player who reported them, and we do not act on a single report alone. Do not abuse reporting — deliberately filing false reports is itself a breach of section 3.

6. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to our online services if you breach these terms — immediately and without notice where the breach is serious, such as cheating or attacking the service.
• Termination for cheating or abuse means losing access to your account, including anything you have purchased, without refund.
• You can stop using the services at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account — see section 8.
• If we discontinue the Game's online services, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

7. The service is provided as it is

• The Game's online services are provided as available. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, or that matchmaking will always find you a match.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may take servers down for maintenance.
• The Game requires an internet connection for its online features. Some parts — the store, your progression, your unlocked content — are unavailable while you are offline, by design.

8. Your data

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• You can export your data from inside the Game: Settings → Account → Export My Data.
• You can request deletion of your account from inside the Game (Settings → Account → Request Deletion), or by writing to gamedevjug@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent and includes your progression, currency and purchased items, which cannot be restored afterwards.

9. Children

The Game is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. Where local law sets a higher age for children's online services, that age applies. See the Privacy Policy for what this means in practice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice in the Game or on this website before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the change.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Croatia, and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not remove the protections of the law of your own country, or your right to bring proceedings there where that law allows it.
